Primus are coming to the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion on Sunday 23th July with special guests Clutch supporting them!

Difficult to define; Primus are usually considered by critics to be funk metal or alternative metal, but they have been called everything from “thrash funk” (as the band blends funk-style bass technique with thrash influenced guitar riffs and songs tempos), to “alternative rock” to “the Freak Brothers set to music.”

Clutch is an American rock band based out of Frederick, Maryland, originating in Germantown, Maryland. They met while in high school in Germantown and consider themselves a Frederick-based band where they write/rehearse for every album/tour. The band formed in 1991.
