Awolnation, the rock band behind Back From Earth together with singer-songwriter and producer Andrew McMahon is about to take the stage on the Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion on May 29, Friday and it’s said to be one of the most awaited rock gigs of the year.
Awolnation headed by Aaron Bruno is signed under Better Noise Music. Other members of the band are Zach Irons, Isaac Carpenter, Daniel Saslow and Michael Goldman. The band is ever famous for the song “Sail” released under the album Megalithic Symphony back in 2011. This hit has topped the Billboard Hot 100 , Billboard Alternative Songs and Billboard Rock Songs charts at 17th, 5th and 4th places respectively. The song literally dominated the streams and even the records as the band’s able to sell 6 million copies just in the United States. Just about a month before this event, they are about to release their fourth studio album to date, entitled, Angel Miners & the Lightning Riders, on April 24, 2020. Rocking songs out since 2009, Awolnation promises to give out a jaw-dropping performance in this event.
Joining the band is the phenomenal singer-songwriter and producer, the main lyricist and vocalist of Something Corporate, Andrew McMahon. He is now performing solo and has a lot of surprises in store for fans in this event. He’s known for his album Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness. He started working solo back in 2013 as he released he EP called The Pop Underground.
